*Please note our cleaners will do their best to arrive at the designated appointment time as scheduled. However in unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur so please allow approximately 4 hours leeway. You also do not need to be present for the clean. If you have returned all your keys, the cleaners will be able to access your apartment without issues.
